Residents of several residential districts in the capital city Sofia may start a civil disobedience campaign over the construction of the Sofia Northern Bypass.
A declaration has been issued, which was presented at a sitting of Sofia City Municipal Council by Angel Dzhambazki, councillor with the IMRO – Bulgarian National Movement, FOCUS News Agency reported.
The residents are not content with the land expropriation procedures and the sums of money allocated for compensation for the owners of properties.
